PATTERN | BADMA KIDNEY WARMER

The BADMA kidney warmer is worked top down in rounds in Twisted Ribbing pattern. Regular increases from the waist down add width for the hips. An elastic bind-off guarantees optimum fitting and comfort. Thanks to its stetchy structure, it has a wonderful snuggly fit.

Sizes corresponded to the following hip circumference: S/M (L/XL; XXL/ XXXL) = 36.2 – 39 (41 – 44.1; 47.6 – 52)” / 92 – 99 (104 – 112; 121 – 132) cm, measured at the body. The kidney warmer is quite elastic for a snug fit. It can be stretched by some 12” (30 cm). Example: If your hip circumference is 38.6” (98 cm), you should choose size S/M for a tight fit with a negative ease of 5” (12 cm). For comfortable dressing, the waist size is stretchable to the hip size.

You need:

4 (4; 5) x 25 g (0.88 oz) Pascuali Bio Cashmere 6/28 (100 % cashmere wool) in the colour of your choice
Colour of the pictured sample: colour #04 (Graphite) 

US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needle, 24 – 32” (60 – 80 cm) or needle size required to get gauge
5 stitch markers (one of them unique to mark the beginning of round)
Tapestry needle and scissors
