Rosy Green Wool Becomes Part of Pascuali GmbH

In May 2025, Rosy Green Wool officially became part of Pascuali GmbH.

Founded in 2012 by Rosmary Stegmann and Patrick Gruban, Rosy Green Wool was built on a clear mission: to produce the finest merino yarns with the highest ethical, ecological, and social standards. At a time when sustainability was far from an industry standard, Rosy Green Wool became one of the first yarn brands to have its entire range certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). From the very beginning, all yarns have been produced using exclusively mulesing-free wool.

For us at Pascuali, welcoming Rosy Green Wool into our company was a natural step. Both brands share a passion for exceptional natural fibers, a deep respect for animals and the environment, and the conviction that sustainability is not a trend—it is a long-term commitment.

The acquisition does not change what knitters and crocheters love about Rosy Green Wool.

Under the name Rosy Green Wool by Pascuali, the brand continues its journey with the same values, the same commitment to quality, and the same beloved yarns. Favorites such as Cheeky Merino Joy, Lovely Merino Treat, and Big Merino Hug continue to be produced with the utmost care. The established collections of knitting patterns remain an integral part of the brand, and Rosy Green Wool continues to operate through its own online shop.
