PATTERN | PURNA SHAWL

PURNA is a symmetrical triangular shawl in which eyelet stripes alternate with garter stitch pattern. Start working with only a few stitches and the triangle evolves through regular increases at the edges and along the centre line.

You need:

6 x 50 g (1.76 oz) Pascuali Nepal (60% cotton, 40% linen) in the colour of your choice
Colour of the pictured sample: colour #17 Baby yellow

US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles, 24” and 48” (60 and 120 cm)
or needle size required to get gauge
2 stitch markers
Tapestry needle and scissors
