PATTERN | DOTTED CAPE

The loose-fitting DOTTED CAPE with a lovely textured piqué pattern is worked flat from the top down. You start by knitting the shawl collar, then working in a moss stitch pattern that goes down the fronts and is also used for the hem. To create the armholes, you bind off stitches and put stitches on hold. They are sewn to the hem at the end.

The sizes correspond to the bust circumference as follows:
XS–XL [ 2XL–5XL ] ] = 30–42 [ 46–58 ]” (= 76–107 [ 117–147 ] cm) bust circumference (measured on the body).

The cape has a loose, oversized fit. It comes in just two sizes:
Its positive ease is quite generous for the smaller sizes and goes down for the bigger sizes.
