Puno for Dyeing – Soft Cotton‑Alpaca Blend from Peru
Puno for dyeing is an exceptionally soft blend of 70% GOTS‑certified cotton and 30% Peruvian alpaca. The yarn is spun entirely in Peru and provides a high‑quality base for custom dyeing projects.
With a yardage of 200 m per 50 g, Puno is a lightweight all‑season yarn suitable for both knitting and crochet. Textured patterns such as cables and lace show excellent definition.
Through the sale of this yarn, we support the construction of greenhouses at schools in the Peruvian Andes.

Care
Knitwear made from Puno can be machine‑washed at 30°C.
We recommend using a wool detergent and selecting the gentle cycle.
After washing, dry flat, ideally on a terry towel, to prevent deformation.
Do not dry directly on a heat source or in direct sunlight.
If needed, Puno knitwear can be ironed on the lowest setting.
