Balayage – the yarn for harmonious colour play and striking contrasts

Our yarn Balayage, an alpaca-merino mix, which we developed together with the knitwear designer Melanie Berg, stands out not only because of its wonderful yarn quality but also because of its fantastic colour palette: A total of five different colour schemes, each consisting of four individual colours, which were designed according to the principle of colour gradients. If you combine colours from one scheme, a very harmonious colour effect is created; if you combine colours from different schemes, exciting contrasts are the result.

In addition to the standard Balayage colours, we now offer one supplementary colour per colour group perfectly matching the individual colours. These 5 additional colours are hand-dyed in Germany especially for us. Although the hanks are hand dyed in batches of 1kg, we make every effort to achieve the greatest possible dyeing uniformity.
